Frozen Watermelon on a Stick

It's so hot and humid that the air feels thick, the perfect time to eat refreshing watermelon,

but there is an easy way to make it even more cold and refreshing, and it's super easy. Just slice a seedless watermelon and cut out shapes using a cookie cutter. Then stick a popsicle stick into the decoratively shaped watermelon and place it on a plate in the freezer. In about 3 hours, they're ready to eat.

  1. That sounds so yummy! Though I always get scared buying watermelon because sometimes it has no flavor or is too ripe. Anytips?

  2. Not really. DH always looks like he knows what he's doing when he knocks on the watermelon rind and listens for ripeness, so I let him choose our watermelons.

  5. Next time I buy watermelon, we are definitely trying this!

I've never thought of using cookie cutters, and freezing it is something I've never thought of either.
