The Claw

I've been working on a new tool for the Tesla Ranger (Blaze's steampunk cowboy costume). Instead of a rifle, we decided that the Tesla Ranger would carry this devise for handling hazardous materials, which will also emit an electric charge.

The claw started out as a humble plastic toy, on clearance at Toys R Us.



A coating of black spray paint (made for plastic) and some gold and silver Rub 'n Buff has greatly improved the way it looks:



I'm not sure I'm completely done messing with this design. I still have almost a month until Halloween.
