A Riot of Colors and Life

It is summer in Florida, which means a thunderstorm every afternoon and humid heat the rest of the day, but it also means that nature has gone into overdrive. The weeds in the garden are growing far too fast to keep up with, but flowers are blooming everywhere I look. These pictures were all taken on a short walk through the student gardens and next to Lake Alice.

I tried growing okra, but it died soon after it sprouted and you can't find it at any of the green houses. I miss it.
