Corner View: Evening

9:30 at night, and I'm outside staining this board. I feel bad because I didn't finish the footboard I'm making for Blaze's bed on time for his birthday. I've been working on it every chance I get, but the weather has been less than co-operative. I'm doing this now, because it's supposed to rain all day tomorrow.

Meanwhile, in the apartment, the boy, already dressed in his new winter dinosaur pajamas, helps out with dinner by grating cheese on the pasta. The cheese grater was his favorite birthday gift.
