Packing

We are getting ready to go on a camping trip. My girls spent a lot of time as small children in a tent, but Blaze has never been camping before. He doesn't always react well to new things, so this trip will be for only one night, to get him used to the idea of camping before we try a longer trip in about a month.


This is my favorite book to read before taking kids camping:

It is the book that taught my older children the chant, "Leaflets three, let it be, poison ivy!", which Ula, in particular, used to repeat frequently when she was little.
